Add the soy sauce and lime juice and stir to combine.  Then, add the entire jar of Thai Sweet Chili sauce and the cashews and stir to combine.  Reduce the heat to low and simmer for about 5 minutes, remove from the heat.

You are ready to assemble the lettuce wraps!  Lay out the lettuce on plates, add a heaping scoop of the chicken mixture to each.  Then, garnish with cashews and a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
