Start by preheating the oven to 400 degrees F and line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine the ground sausage, eggs, breadcrumbs, parmesan, and garlic. Slowly add the water, a few Tbsp at a time, mixing with your hands until all ingredients are combined. The mixture should be very moist but hold its shape when rolled into meatballs. Add additional water, if needed.
Use a 1 Tbsp cookie scoop to portion out the mixture. Roll into balls and place on the prepared baking sheets, spaced apart.
Bake 15-18 minutes or until cooked through and an internal temperature of 160 degrees F is reached.
