If you love the flavors of classic monster cookies but crave something extra sweet and fudgy, this Monster Cookie Dough Fudge is for you! It combines the best of both worlds—rich, creamy fudge infused with edible cookie dough flavors, packed with M&M’s and mini-M&Ms for bursts of color and crunch in every bite. The base is made with silky white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk, giving it that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. Whether you’re whipping up a batch for the holidays, a party, or just because, this no-bake treat is sure to be a crowd-pleaser!

The recipe can be found here.

Start by lining an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and lightly spray the paper with nonstick spray.  Set aside.

Add 1 cup of M&Ms and ½ cup of mini-M&Ms to a Ziplock bag.  Place in the freezer while.  This will prevent the M&M color from bleeding into the fudge when mixing in a later step.

Add the flour to a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 1 minute.  Let cool completely.  Set aside.  This is a no bake recipe, so you are heat treating the flour to remove any bacterial to make it safe to eat raw.

Add the butter, sugar, brown sugar, half & half, vanilla, and salt to the bowl of a stand mixer.  Beat on medium speed for 2 minutes.  Sift the flour into the bowl of the stand mixer.  Discard any clumps.  Mix on low speed until well incorporated.

Add the chocolate chips and condensed milk to a microwave safe bowl.  Heat in 30 second increments, stirring in between, until completely melted and smooth.

Add the frozen M&Ms and mix on low speed until just combined.  Add the white chocolate mixture and mix on low speed until combined.

Pour into the prepared baking dish and spread in an even layer, all the way to the sides.  Sprinkle the remaining ½ cup of M&Ms and ½ cup of mini-M&Ms over the top.  Gently press the M&Ms into the fudge.  Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or up to overnight.

When ready to serve, carefully lift the parchment paper to remove the fudge from the baking dish.  Slice into small squares, serve and enjoy!

Leftovers should be stored in an airtight container in the fridge.  Fudge can also be frozen – tightly wrap in plastic wrap and place in an airtight container or Ziploc bag.

The recipe can be found here.

This Monster Cookie Dough Fudge is the ultimate sweet treat, bringing together the nostalgia of cookie dough with the irresistible creaminess of fudge. Every bite is packed with rich, buttery flavor and plenty of colorful M&Ms for the perfect crunch. Whether you’re making it for a party, gifting it to friends, or just indulging in a little dessert magic, this fudge is guaranteed to be a hit. So go ahead, cut yourself a piece (or two) and enjoy—because life is sweeter with a little fudge!

Happy Cooking!
