Whether you’re making them for lunch, game day, or an easy meal prep, these Buffalo Chicken Uncrustables are sure to be a hit!

Start by making the filling. Add the chicken, hot sauce, shredded cheese, ranch dressing, cream cheese, and green onions to a mixing bowl and mix until well combined. Season with garlic powder, salt, pepper, paprika, and ranch seasoning. Mix again until well combined.

Next, assemble the Uncrustables. Lay out slices of bread and place 2-3 Tbsp of the filling in the center of half the slices. Place the remaining bread slices on top. Use a fork or Uncrustable sealer to crimp the edges, removing the crust.

Now, there are 2 different methods for cooking the Uncrustables. Either oven or air fryer. I personally prefer the air fryer method. I think the outside of the bread get a little crispier and golden brown, but both methods are fine. And if you don’t have an air fryer and don’t want to invest in one, it’s nice to know you can still cook the Uncrustables and enjoy the recipe.

To cook using the OVEN method, simply preheat the oven to 350 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Lightly spray the top and bottom of each Uncrustable with cooking spray. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

To cook using the AIR FRYER method, lightly spray the top and bottom of each Uncrustable with cooking spray. Place in the basket of the air fryer, cooking in batches if needed. Air fry at 375 degrees F for 6-7 minutes, flipping halfway.

Let cool slightly before serving. Slice in half if preferred. Enjoy while still warm!
