If you love the rich flavors of Irish coffee, you’re going to love these Individual Irish Coffee Pudding Cups! Creamy, chocolatey, and boozy, these mini desserts pack all the warmth of a classic Irish coffee into a fun and festive treat. Made with a blend of Irish whiskey, Kahlua, and Bailey’s Irish Cream, each bite is smooth, indulgent, and perfectly balanced. Topped with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of green, these pudding cups are the ultimate St. Patrick’s Day party dessert. Easy to make and even easier to enjoy—cheers to a sweet and spirited celebration!

The recipe can be found here.

Start by adding the pudding and milk to a mixing bowl. Stir to combine.

Add the whiskey, Kahlua, and Bailey’s. Stir to combine.

Fold in the Cool Whip and stir until completely blended and smooth.

Spoon into the plastic cups, filling about 2/3 full. If you have one of those handy pancake pourers, you can also use that. It would be less messy 🙂 Place the cups on a baking sheet.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or up to overnight. If refrigerating overnight, add the covers to the cups.

When ready to serve, add a dollop of whipped cream and sprinkles to each pudding cup.  Serve and enjoy!

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge.  Use the lids to make stacking the cups easier.  This will ruin the presentation and deflate the whipped cream, but the pudding will hold up better.
